KCP with Cisco Anyconnect VPN / 配合Anyconnect VPN的KCP加速

Technical details: Run a kcp client on one of your domestic servers, then send its traffic to your VPN server's kcp server port

For VPN users, just connect to your own KCP client (which must redirect your traffic to my KCP server) / VPN用户需要连接到自建或者我预先设置的KCP客户端，只需改变服务器地址即可完成到KCP通道的切换
